Yes, it's President Monkey talking about the great banana crisis which has afflicted his jungle, and explaining, sometimes in words of two syllables, how the shortage of bananas means there just won't be enough of the yellow fruit to go around, and his troupe of monkey jugglers don't have a clue what to do, so they're leaving the jungle for good, and letting another gang take over their patch of scorched earth, and try to make friends again with all the other animals across the great plains, and wide rivers, who hate them so much, even those cheeky French Howler Monkeys, who feign indifference, and turn their backs, but secretly despise the Monkey Man and his gang, more than anyone else...
